PHA undertakes forensic examinations to establish and to identify handwriting, signature and document fraud and forgery. We study the suspected document in order to present our findings in a legal context. We will then prepare a court-worthy report, which can be used as expert witness evidence in a court of law. In addition, we will prepare exhibits in the form of chart and/or presentation slides to illustrate our findings for the judge and lawyers to understand.

Professional Handwriting Analysis Sdn. Bhd. (PHA) is dedicated to provide services on forensic examination of handwriting, signature and document.

What Do You Need For Document Examination

You need to provide 15 to 20 contemporaneous documents from the known writer, taken from normal course of business correspondence. [provide a link to the ‘sources of documents’]

How to submit and keep your document

  1. When you receive the disputed document/s, make a clear photocopy for your administrative usage.
  2. Put the original copy in a transparent folder or clear sheet protector before placing them inside a hard cover folder or box. Safe keep the original document.
  3. When you send the documents for examination, placed the Specimen documents in an envelope mark as ‘S’ for Specimen and the disputed documents in another envelop and mark it as ‘Q’.
  4. Seal the envelopes before sending them to our laboratory for examination.
